EVENT PRIZE MONEY COMPETITION: TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following outlines the terms and conditions for our prize money competition
Prize Money will be awarded ONLY if minimum participation levels are reached, as outlined below. Refunds will NOT be issued if there is no longer a cash prize option.
Cash prizes are awarded exclusively to gold medalists in both singles and doubles categories.
ELIGIBILITY AND CASH PRIZES
DOUBLES EVENTS (Men's, Women's, & Mixed):
• Cash prizes for doubles events are awarded as one prize per team.
• A minimum of six (6) teams must participate for cash prize eligibility.
• If the minimum participation is not met, no cash prize will be awarded.
Prize Structure (based on skill level and participation):
Skill Level 2.5 & 3.0
• 6-7 Teams: $200
• 8-10 Teams: $250
• 11-12 Teams: $300
Skill Level 3.5:
• 6-7 Teams: $250
• 8-10 Teams: $300
• 11-12 Teams: $350
Skill Level 4.0:
• 6-7 Teams: $300
• 8-10 Teams: $350
• 11-12 Teams: $400
SINGLES EVENTS:
• A minimum of six (6) individual players must participate for cash prize eligibility.
• If the minimum participation is not met, no cash prize will be awarded.
Prize Structure (all skill levels):
• 6-7 Players: $125
• 8-10 Teams: $150
MINOR PARTICIPATION
• Participants aged 12 to 17 are considered minors.
• A parent or legal guardian must sign a participation release during tournament check-in.
• Minors are eligible to receive cash prizes, but a parent or guardian must be present to collect any awarded prize.
• Legal guardians must sign a liability waiver on-site on the day of the event.
