Join us for our 5th annual Stacey Strong Charity Tournament. This special charity pickleball tournament celebrating the life and legacy of our friend Stacey Carniglia. A portion of proceeds will benefit The Northern California Special Olympics.

Stacey Carniglia was a loyal In-Shape member for years and a pillar of our Pickleball community. She dedicated her professional life to working with students with mental and physical disabilities administering the Special Olympics program for San Joaquin County. She was a huge fan of pickleball and played competitively even once she was diagnosed with glioblastoma at age 61 in 2019.

Stacey’s amazing strength, vibrancy, and enthusiasm for life were contagious and our community is excited to honor her again this year by raising money for a cause so close to her heart.

Pricing

Early Registration - $65 includes first event (ends 6/25)

Regular Registration - $75 includes first event (starts 5/26 ends 6/1)

Late Registration - $85 includes first event (starts 6/2 ends 6/9)

Additional events - $23

Pickleball Brackets Fees - $5 for 1 event $10 for 2+ events

Sunday:

Mixed Doubles events

Medals - First, second, and third place teams.

Event formats:

-Doubles events may be 1 to 11 win by 2 or 1 to 15 win by 2.

After round robin play, the top 4 teams will proceed to medal rounds. Gold medal matches are best 2 out of 3 to 11 win by 2. Bronze medal matches are 1 to 15 win by 2.

-There will be no play off matches prior to medal matches

Event formats will be determined based on total teams registered. Formats will change if 4 or less teams are registered to guarantee 4 games.

Events will be combined based on skill if event enrollment is low (3 - 4 teams)

**T-Shirts will be ordered by size submitted at time of enrollment. Enrollments made after May 9 may not be guaranteed their requested size.**

You must withdraw for a refund no later than June 9th. PickleballBrackets system fees are non refundable. All withdrawals received on or before June 9th will be refunded and processed after June 16th (the conclusion of the tournament).

Cancellation requests made after June 9th will not be refunded.
