Participants who register for the Pickleball Australia Australian Masters Cup Regional Qualifier acknowledge and agree that all entry fees are strictly non-refundable, including in the event of player withdrawal, scheduling conflicts, injury, illness, or any other personal circumstance.
In the event of rain or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent the completion of play, the tournament will be postponed and rescheduled to a future date determined by the organisers, with all player entries automatically transferred to the rescheduled event date.
No refunds or credits will be issued due to postponement or rescheduling.
