We will also be hosting Mens/Womens Singles, Mens/Womens Doubles, and Mixed doubles play based on skill level, and age groups 19+ and 50+ for Mens and Womens events and 19+, 35+, 50+, and 60+ for Mixed doubles events. Medals will be awarded for Gold, Silver, and Bronze. In addition, some events will have OPEN PLAY events that will include cash payouts based on their event fees.

* Registration - $50 - (includes tournament shirt if registered by 9/1/23)

* Open $$$ Events - $50 per player

* General Events - Doubles $10 per player, Singles $15 per player

* NOTE - Pickleball Brackets charges a separate administration fee per event that is non-refundable at anytime. (The Pickleball Bracket fee is $5 for the first event and $10 max for multiple events.)

* There will be two age groups 19+ and 50+ for Mens/Womens groups and 19+, 35+, 50+, and 60+ for Mixed Doubles. Players can play down in an age group and up in skill level.

* Pools will consist of 6 teams. Each group will have 2 pools (Pool A and Pool B). If the waitlist for a group gets to six teams an additional pool may be added if space is available.

* Play each team in your pool; Doubles will be 1 game to 15 points, win by 2. Singles will be 1 game to 11 points win by 2.

* Top 2 teams from each pool go to playoffs. Top teams determined by games won then total points, then Head to Head. First place team of Pool A will play second place team from Pool B. First place team of Pool B will play second place team from Pool A.

* Tournament Director has the right to make changes to format, adjust age brackets, or other items if needed.

* Medals awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams.

* Initial round(s) of playoffs will be one game to 15, win by 2.

* Bronze medal matches will be one game to 15, win by 2.

* Gold/Silver medal matches will be best 2 of 3, to 11, win by 2.

* 2023 USA Pickleball Rules will apply.

* Team Age bracket will be determined by the age of the youngest partner. Age as of 12/31/2023.

* Team Skill level will be determined by the highest skill level of the player on the team.

* All team members must check in at least 30 minutes prior to their bracket start time. Please refer to Event Schedule for your team's bracket start time.

* About a week prior to the tournament date, staggered start time information by bracket will be available on the www.pickleballbrackets.com website.

* This is an outdoor event, weather may be factor. No refunds due to weather. Monday is available as a rain date.

Once registered for an event, you will have 20 days to find a partner. If after 20 days, you will be moved to the waitlist. Waitlist teams that have partners and are fully paid will be given priority to events, and are not based on who was placed on the waitlist first.

Refunds (minus a $25 fee) will be allowed until 9/13/23. After that date, no refunds will be given (even for weather). This is an outdoor event. All attempts will be made to make up missed events due to weather. The tournament director and organizers may adjust the playing format due to weather. Monday, October 16th is a make up day.

* Note - PickleballBrackets.com charges a separate administration fee at checkout that is non-refundable at anytime if you are placed into an event.

The tournament will include Open play for Mens Singles, Mens/Womens Doubles, and Mixed Doubles, with cash payouts of potentially over $3,000 total coming from those event fees. The entry fee for Open play is $50 per person, with payouts of 50% for Gold, 30% for Silver, and 20% for Bronze (based on each individual event fee). Recommended skill level for Open play is 4.5 or higher. Each of these five events will be limited to 12 teams each (initially), and played in a round robin format with two pools. The top two teams from each pool will compete in the playoffs. You can only register for one group per day (no playing in both Open play and General play on the same day).

* Open events may be expanded if demand is high and additional pools can be created.

* Womens Singles Open may be added if there is demand.

* Priority will be given to higher rated players. Lower rated players can be moved to their respective General Events to allow higher rated players to play in the Open divisions.

We ask that you practice "Three Before Me", this is a request that before you email us with questions about this weekend, please read this email in its entirety, and then speak with three people before reaching out to us. The majority of your questions will likely be answered. It will help us if we can focus on providing a new backup venue as opposed to answering questions that might be available through other resources.
