Registration Fee, $60 covers registration, referees and volunteers' meals. Pickleball Brackets charges $5 for one event and $10 for two or more events.

Cancel auto-renewal

Click on your membership again

Open Seniors and Regular Open may be signed up for the same day. All other events are limited to one per event per day.

All matches will have referees to the extent that referees are available.

We are continuing our Paddle Raffle with the best paddles on the market!

We are planning on using all 24 courts at Pouncey Tract. This should allow for large brackets, but keep in mind we have sold out for the last 3 years.

Format

Winners Bracket

This tournament will be double elimination, 2 out of 3 to 11 win by 2 in the winners bracket.

Losers Bracket / Opportunity Bracket

One game to 15 win by 2 in the loser bracket. Keep winning or this event is over....

Losers bracket can win all the way back to the Gold!

Some brackets may be merged due to size. We will merge by skill level first, then age at last resort. Smaller brackets may be moved to a round robin. The tournament briefing will notify you should that change be made along with the scoring changes if any.

Changes may be made as necessary to any/all brackets at the discretion of the tournament director up to the start of play of each bracket.

No refunds for any reason!

If you withdraw you will be issued a credit for a future tournament that we run, less a $15 charge.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY - This is an outdoor tournament. If weather is a factor, we will do all we can to play all matches. There are no refunds. We will offer a makeup day if possible or offer an event credit for that specific event. If this is your only event, then you will receive a credit for the entire event less the $15 cost of the swag bag whether you choose to receive it or not. There are no indoor backup plans for this tournament.

Regular Open Prize Monies ($20,000) (must be at least 7 teams to qualify for the money)

Men's and Women's Singles ($2,500 each)

Men's and Women's Doubles ($5,000 each)

Mixed Doubles ($5,000)

Senior Open Prize Monies ($10,000) (must be at least 5 teams to qualify for the money)

Men's and Women's Singles ($1250 each)

Men's and Women's Doubles ($2,500 each)

Mixed Doubles ($2,500)

Prize monies will be split as follows:

Gold 50%

Silver 30%

Bronze 20%
