Welcome to the 2024 Kawartha Open, part of the Selkirk True North Pickleball Tour and the first qualifying event for the 2025 Tour Championship! We are very excited to be back in Peterborough. This tournament will be run by IFP rules with medal matches refereed wherever possible.

With the exception of Friday, this will be a skill/age event broken into 3.0-, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5+ skill levels and 16+, 35+, 50+, 65+ age levels. Where necessary events will be combined, skill will be combined before age. The format will be pool round robins followed by a medal round.

Friday afternoon/evening will be a fun but competitive round robin style competition where you switch partners each round. It will be run in two categories - 3.5 and under, 4.0 and above. This was a great time last year!

Play will be with the Franklin X40 outdoor ball, the official ball of the True North Pickleball Tour.

This will be an outdoor tournament and subject to weather. In the event of poor weather every effort will be made to complete events, if an event cannot run you will receive a 50% refund.

Three matches guaranteed.

Scheduling is dependant on event sizes and will not be created before registration closes.

Your spot is not guaranteed in your event until both partners are registered and paid in full.

Refunds available up till September 21, all refunds are subject to a $10 administration fee. No refunds after that date for any reason including injury or unforeseen circumstances.
