REGISTRATION DATES:
Wednesday May 20, 7am PT to Wednesday July 8, noon.
Junior discount applied at checkout.
EVENT DATES:
Friday July 17: Women's Doubles; JUNIOR Coed Doubles (under 16)
Saturday July 18: Mixed Doubles
Sunday July 19: Men's Doubles
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
Players are guaranteed a minimum of 4 games.
All games will be refereed.
One food voucher for on-site food truck provided to all registrants.
AGE & SKILL:
This tournament has AGE brackets and SKILL brackets for Coed Juniors, Mixed Doubles, Mens Doubles, and Womens Doubles.
At this sanctioned event (pending), your DUPR (Dynamic Universal Pickleball Rating) will be used to determine qualification for events. The brackets you are eligible for will display during your registration.
Teams may play UP a level in SKILL. Players may not play down a skill level. If you feel your DUPR is 'too low' you may play up 1.0 level into 3.0, 3.5 and 4.0 brackets. (ie 3.0 may register into 3.0, 3.5, or 4.0). Players may play up 0.5 level for 4.5 and Open brackets.
Players may play DOWN in AGE brackets, but may not play up. For example, a team has a 35 year old player and a 62 year old player - the team will need to enter the Any Age bracket vs the 60+.
Brackets may be collapsed or merged, and age parameters may be modified, based on actual registrations.
Players have 3 days for both partners to register and pay. Incomplete registrations will be moved to the waitlist after 3 days. Only complete registrations (both registered and paid) will be moved from the waitlist to the live event, space permitting. Waitlists are sorted alphabetically by the first person's last name, and do not appear in registration order; teams will be automatically moved based on the completed timestamp (visible to admins).
** 2026 UPDATE: Due to the continued reconstruction of the Parkinson Recreation Centre, the temporary courts on the tennis side are NOT available this year. To compensate, there will be NO singles events.**
