Round Robin Format, games to 11, win by 1.

Then top 4 teams advance to the medal round for play offs.

Registration fee of $50 includes 1 event. A second additional event is $15.

Director reserves the right to change player levels if deemed appropriate, correcting underrated players.

Players with any rating that is higher than his/her registered event may be moved to a higher level at the discretion of the tournament director.

Format or times may change if needed to run an efficient tournament.

A team must play at the skill level of the higher rated player of their team.

Based on the number of registrations received, then age groups may be split based on the age of the youngest player of the team.

Bracket events may be combined of ages and/or levels.

Director reserves the right to deny a player's registration.

No refunds for any reason after May 3rd, the close of registration.

$10 administration fee for any withdrawals.

Players may not transfer funds to another player.

In the event of any unforeseen circumstance, there will be an 'up to 50%' refund.
