The 2nd Annual KIWANIS CLUB OF JASPER PICKLEBALL CLASSIC is a relatively new fundraiser from the Kiwanis Club of Jasper. Kiwanis is a global organization of volunteers dedicated to improving the world one child and one community at a time, and since 1923, the Kiwanis Club of Jasper has been focused on serving the young people of Jasper and Walker County.

Proceeds from this fundraiser will support programs of the Kiwanis Club of Jasper (Track & Field Day, BUG Club, SLP Clubs), the Kiwanis Club of Jasper Community Grant, and scholarships for high school seniors.

All registrations before April 12 include a tournament t-shirt.

Age splits and max teams in each split may change due to demand and scheduling constraints. Age splits with fewer than 4 teams cannot make and will be incorporated into other splits as appropriate. Details may change as the number of teams in an event fluctuates.

Competition may begin as early as 8:00am each day. Start times for each event will be posted at least 1 week before the tournament.

It is *best* if you identify your partner when registering and have them register ASAP. You may, however, mar "Need Partner" if you do not have one. In either event, your partner must register within 5 days of your registration or the team will be moved to the waitlist. When the identified partner (or needed partner) registers after the 5 day grace period, the team will automatically move from the waitlist to the active list if there is a spot available and both players have paid in full. **Note: Your spot in the tournament is not guaranteed until both team members have registered and paid in full.**

This is an amateur event with no referees. Matches are self-monitored.

Teams must play at the age group of the younger player. Age is calculated as of 12/31/2025.

Your donation to the Kiwanis Club of Jasper (a 501(c)4 non-profit) is non-refundable.

In the event of dangerous weather (as determined by event organizers), we will suspend play. Play will resume as soon as it is safe to do so. If a team leaves during a weather delay and is not present after 10 minutes of play resuming, a forfeit will be entered.

In the event of long-term dangerous weather, the event may be cancelled or moved indoors (Swann Gym). The participation fee to the Kiwanis Club of Jasper is a non-refundable donation.
