UCF Pickleball Club Moneyball Tournament – Refund Policy
All tournament registrations are final. Due to the nature of tournament planning, scheduling, and prize pool allocation, refunds will not be issued within 48 hours of the start of the tournament.
If a team needs to withdraw more than 48 hours before the tournament start time, they may request a refund or credit toward a future UCF Pickleball Club event, subject to approval by the tournament organizers.
No refunds will be issued for:
• No-shows
• Late withdrawals (within 48 hours of the event)
• Player injury or personal scheduling conflicts
In the event that the tournament is canceled by the organizers (due to weather, facility issues, or other unforeseen circumstances), participants will receive either:
• A full refund, or
• Credit toward a rescheduled or future event
By registering for the tournament, players acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
