Tournament Overview

Join us for the PIKL Los Angeles Round Robin Tournament! All players are guaranteed multiple matches in round robin pool play, with top finishers advancing into a single-elimination playoff bracket. Medals will be awarded in every division.

Divisions

Divisions are separated by gender and skill level. DUPR ratings are encouraged but not required; self-rating is acceptable. Tournament staff reserves the right to adjust placement if necessary.

Men’s Divisions

    •    Men’s 3.0 (Sunday)

Check-In & Start Times

• Check-in will open at 7:30am each day.

• Players must check in at least 30 minutes prior to their first scheduled match.

• Matches will begin promptly at 8:30am.

• Morning wave divisions will run approximately 8:30am – 1:30pm.

• Afternoon wave divisions will run approximately 2:00pm – 7:30pm.

• All matches and medal rounds will conclude by 9:00pm.

Match Format

    •    Round Robin Pool Play: Teams play every other team in their pool. Pool size 5-7 teams.

    •    Playoffs: Top finishers from each pool advance to single elimination. Game to 15 win by 2

    •    Scoring: 1 game to 11, win by 2 for Pool Play. (Director may adjust if necessary for timing.)

Registration

    •    Registration Fee: $60 per player

    •    Registration Deadline: October 15, 2025

Policies

    •    Refund Policy: Full refunds for withdrawals made at least 7 days prior to the tournament. No refunds after the registration deadline or once draws are published. Full refunds will be issued if the event is canceled by the organizer.

    •    Food & Drink: Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages permitted.

    •    No Dogs: Pets are not allowed inside the facility.

    •    No Outside Alcohol: Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited on-site.

    •    Sportsmanship: Respectful play and behavior required at all times.

Prize money for 5.0 Doubles & Mixed Doubles 'Moneyball'

50% of the entry fee for each registration into the 'Moneyball' will go towards the total prize money.

Note: MoneyBall division must meet the minimum of 8 teams registered in order for players to receive payout. Additionally, the prize money displayed is reflective of the minimum requirement being met.
