In the case of bad weather, tournament administrators will follow public health and safety protocol in order to keep spectators, players, and equipment safe. In the case of a thunderstorm, the tournament will be cancelled and refunds will be distributed to players that REQUEST a refund due to weather within 1 week of the cancellation. Extreme heat and humidity can be expected, so cooling towels as well as water will be provided by the tournament. Any additional cooling devices such as fans or tents can be brought in.
