Everyone guaranteed at least 4 matches but format of matches will be best 2/3 games to 11 in most events. Singles are games to 15. Round robin format is used in most events.
We will not run singles or doubles events that have less than 4 teams. The maximum number of doubles teams in any event is 6.
Player skill levels from 2.5 to 4.5 accepted but not for every event.
The highest skill level of any partner sets the level at which the team must play (i.e., a team of a 4.5 player and a 4.0 player must play in a 4.5 event) as well as the skill level the partner must be. We are allowing a maximum of 1.0 skill difference between partners.
After the first team member registers, the second member must register within the next 30 days through July. In August the partner must register within 15 days. Otherwise the Tournament Director may delete your registration to free up the spot for another team.
Medals are awarded based on the round robin results with Head to Head tie breaker used first, and differential points used second. 1st, 2nd, 3rd place medals awarded. (No participation medals awarded. Combined events still have 3 medals awarded.)
No limit on number of events you can play except they must be on different days.
Early registration until Aug 4 is $35, after that is $40. Registration does not include any events.
**Tournament Director reserves the right to split, combine, add, delete events as necessary based on registration numbers.**
There are several service fees collected from each and every player who registers that are NON-REFUNDABLE.
