📝 Registration
Registration is open now via PickleballTournaments.com.
Registration closes August 28th @11:55pm. Organizers may reopen registration if needed.
Each player must register individually and is responsible for securing their own partner.
Players must pay their own fees — you cannot pay for your partner.
The registration fee covers entry into the tournament. Each event (e.g., Men’s Doubles, Mixed Doubles) is priced separately.
A $5 processing fee applies to all registrations.
📊 DUPR Ratings & Division Placement
Verified DUPR ratings will determine eligibility for divisions.
Players registering outside their DUPR range will be moved to the correct division.
If you are moved to the proper division and withdraw because of the change, a refund will not be issued.
It’s your responsibility to sign up for the correct division based on your verified DUPR rating.
Divisions without early sign-ups may be closed without notice — register early if you want a specific division to remain available.
🔄 Division Guidelines & Playing in Multiple Events
You may participate in more than one division, but not in two divisions at the same time.
Two divisions in the same day are allowed only if they are scheduled at separate times.
To play “up” in skill level, at least one team member must meet the higher division’s rating.
The tournament runs on a block time format, with each division assigned a specific time window.
⚖️ Administration & Format
Tournament staff may combine divisions by age and/or skill if necessary.
All events follow a round-robin format with guaranteed matches, so every team gets a minimum number of games.
🔁 Substitution Policy
Registrations are non-transferable — you cannot simply give your spot to another player.
Substitutions are allowed only via the official process:
If you withdraw and have someone who wants to replace you, they must follow the formal substitution steps.
The new player must cover all required system management and administrative fees.
Substitutes will not pay the full tournament entry cost, but must pay all applicable service and admin charges.
