If you withdraw before the Cancellation Deadline of September 1st 2025, you will be issued a refund at the conclusion of the tournament, with a $15 processing fee deducted.
THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS FOR WEATHER RELATED CANCELLATIONS. IN CASE OF WEATHER DELAYS, AN ATTEMPT TO PLAY ALL MATCHES SCHEDULED FOR A DAY WILL BE MADE.
