The registration fee is $60, each event is $15 (which will be used towards prize money).

Registration increases to $80 on June 15th plus event fee.

This is a Skill Level/Age Group Tournament. Registration is by skill level.

The tournament reserves the right to move players and teams between skill level brackets.

For a guaranteed spot in mixed doubles or doubles, the second partner must sign up within 10 days of the first partner's registration. Incomplete teams will be moved to the waiting list after that OR WHEN REGISTRATION CLOSES. Once the second partner registers, they will be moved back into the event IF THERE ARE SPOTS LEFT IN THE TOURNAMENT AND THE EVENT AND REGISTRATION IS STILL OPEN.

The tournament is limited to 500 players and will automatically close when that number is reached.

The tournament format is round robin with 4 games guaranteed . Top teams advanced to playoffs.

There is a non-refundable PickleballBrackets.com software use fee of $5 for one event or $10 for more than one event that will be applied to every registration.

Full refund minus Pickleballbrackets.com fees before June 25th

Refunds minus a $10 processing fee for withdrawals from the tournament up through the final day of registration (June 25th, 2024)

No refunds (no exceptions)for withdrawals from the tournament after registration closes.

Refunds will be processed after the tournament is over.
