Licking County Sheriff's Office Citizen's Academy Alumni Association Present the Third Annual Christmas in July Charity Pickleball Tournament!

Help us spread some holiday cheer to local families in need!

Join us for a fun-filled pickleball tournament with proceeds going towards providing Christmas for less fortunate families in Licking County.

Tournament Format: USA Pickleball Association Official Tournament Rules Apply. (Even though this is not a sanctioned event)

This is NOT a DUPR tournament!

All divisions will use round-robin pool play.

Join us for a fun day of competition and help us bring some Christmas cheer to those in need!

Additional Information

Don’t forget to dress the part! We’ll be awarding prizes for the most festive attire, so bring your Christmas spirit.

Let’s come together to support the children and families in need in Licking County and help make this Christmas truly unforgettable.

We’ll have food trucks on site, a special guest from the North Pole, and a special guest featuring Stella, our therapy dog. Be sure to check out the silent auction items available throughout the event!

Refund & Withdrawal Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please note that all withdrawals are subject to a $10 processing fee. Additionally, the $5 registration fee charged by Pickleballtournaments.com is non-refundable.

The final deadline for refunds is July 15, 2026. After registration closes on this date, no refunds will be issued, and your registration fee will be considered a generous donation to our charity. Thank you for your support!

In the case of rain on both our original and rain dates:

If we are unable to secure an indoor venue, the event will be unfortunately cancelled.

Your registration fee will then be considered a donation to support providing Christmas for local families in need.

No refunds will be issued.
