LEAVENWORTH OKTOBERFEST PICKLEBALL TOURNAMENT 2025

Round Robin format (skill/age) WITH playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze for skills 3.0 to 4.5+. Age brackets will be determined following the close of registration, but we will strive to be close to 49 and under and age 50 and over for events when possible. See below for more information on age/events.

***Registrants under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by a parent/guardian who signs a waiver on their behalf.

Location: 330 Evans Street Leavenworth, WA

- 12 courts

- Portable pickleball nets

Events:

- Saturday: Women's Doubles & Men's Doubles (3.0 and below, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5 and above)

- Sunday: Mixed Doubles (3.0 and below, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5 and above)

***Partners must register within 5 days of each other or you will be moved to the waitlist.

***If you register without a partner, it is your responsibility to find a partner.

Format:

- Round robin + playoffs (medals for bronze, silver & gold)

- For round robin, play to 11 win by 2 or 15 win by 2 depending on pool size

- Playoffs/medal matches, play to 15 win by 2

- FOR GOLD MEDAL MATCHES, best 2 out of 3, play to 11 win by 2

Fees:

- Early Registration: $50

- General Registration: $60

- Late Registration: $70

- Event Fee: $15/event

**Ratings: DUPR account required to be linked with your pickleballtournaments.com profile. Scores reported to DUPR following the tournament.

• Even though DUPR is the only rating listed for public view, we are using DUPR only as a guideline. All rating systems have their pros and cons. Players will self-rate and we will use your tournament history as a determinant

• Please update your self-rating in your software profile before you register. You may only play up .5 from your self-rating

• If you feel that a player is playing out of their skill, please contact the tournament director. We will then evaluate tournament history and various ratings (including DUPR) to determine if a player/team needs to play at a different skill. Please be aware that this is a manual process and does not happen automatically

- Players tent with snacks and drinks.

- Music, including some Bavarian favorites!

***This tournament will NOT be sanctioned by USAPA, we will revisit sanctioning the tournament in the future. However, scores WILL count toward your DUPR rating.

Withdrawals for any reason will incur a $15.00 admin withdrawal fee. Event fees are non-refundable.

Refund requests must be made by Sept 24 (close of registration).

If an event is cancelled due to weather-related issues, a refund of up to 50% may be issued. Event fees are non-refundable.
