Let Joy Arise Pickleball Tournament EP 3 + Festival

It is with excitement to announce that Let Joy Arise EP3 Pickleball Tournament & Festival will be held on Friday Nov. 29 - Saturday Nov. 30, 2024 at ICS on 12 indoor courts, totaling 24 events.

In addition to another great tournament to showcase Pickleball excellence, Arise Pickleball is looking to incorporate some more fun and community engagement! And so we would like invite you to take part in this first ever Pickleball tournament and festival!

We seek to unify and collaborate with a full ecosystem of partners that are critical to the long term growth and success of pickleball in Thailand: pickleball equipment brands, hotels and residences, facility owners, clothing and gear ….and more!

What makes our events unique are:

- creating a platform for athletes of all skill levels to compete

- player-experience focused planning

- building community relationships and creating awareness for the sport of pickleball

Fun and Fair - DUPR platform for all tournament results will be entered by organizer

Safety first - certified nurse will be available to support for the entire duration of the tournament

Memories - professional photographer will capture memories of both players, atmosphere, awards and festivities

Experiences:

- honoring winners of all age groups and skill levels with prize money + trophy

- honoring Sportsmanship, Joy and Inspiration awards with Arise pin

- pickleball games and challenges for prizes provided by sponsors

We are expanding our Tournament to highlight the growth in quantity of players, as well as the increasing skill levels of players, now totaling 24 scheduled events.

700 Baht for 14U and 18U events (per person per event)

Registration Refunds:

a. Full Refunds:

Participants may request a full refund of their registration fee if the request is received at least 14 days before the scheduled event date.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@arisepickleball.com

Event Cancellation:

a. In the unlikely event that Arise Pickleball cancels the tournament, participants will be entitled to a full refund of their registration fees.

b. Arise Pickleball is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants, such as travel or accommodation expenses, in the event of cancellation.

4. No-Show Policy:

a. Participants who do not show up for the tournament without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

b. It is the responsibility of participants to inform Arise Pickleball of any changes to their attendance status.

กรณียกเลิกการแข่ง

a. ในกรณีที่ไม่น่าจะเกิดขึ้นที่ Arise Pickleball ต้องยกเลิกทัวร์นาเมนต์ ผู้เข้าร่วมจะมีสิทธิ์ได้รับคืนเงินลงทะเบียนเต็มจำนวน

b. Arise Pickleball ไม่รับผิดชอบต่อค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมใด ๆ ที่ผู้เข้าร่วมจะต้องเก็บรักษา เช่น ค่าเดินทางหรือค่าที่พักในกรณีที่เกิดการยกเลิก

นโยบายการไม่ปรากฏตัว (no-show):

a. ผู้เข้าร่วมที่ไม่ปรากฏตัวในงานแข่งโดยไม่แจ้งล่วงหน้าจะไม่มีสิทธิ์ได้รับคืนเงิน

b. ความรับผิดชอบของผู้เข้าร่วมคือการแจ้งให้ Arise Pickleball ทราบเกี่ยวกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงในสถานะการเข้าร่วมของตน
