<p>• The first 400 individuals to register will receive a Life Time Pickleball duffle bag ($60 Value). One bag per person, not per event.</p>

<p>• At Life Time, our priority is providing the ultimate player experience—from premium indoor courts to optimal event management and a competitive, well-structured format.</p>

</p>• All scores will be reported to DUPR.</p>

</p>• We use DUPR to ensure fair and competitive play.</p>

</p>• NR (Not Rated) players are permitted to participate only if their partner has an established DUPR rating. In these cases, the team’s eligibility and rating classification will be based on the rated player’s DUPR. Teams consisting of two NR players will not be permitted.</p>

</p>• Ratings at the time of registration determine eligibility. Rating changes after that date will not affect eligibility.</p>

</p>• Zero tolerance for sandbagging, misuse, or intentionally entering the wrong division.</p>

</p>• The Tournament Director reserves the right to move or remove any player to protect fair play and tournament integrity.</p>

</p>• In cases where a player has multiple DUPR accounts, the Tournament Director will prioritize the higher rating to determine eligibility.</p>

<p>Partners must register within <strong>3 days</strong> of each other or teams may be moved to the waitlist. Once both players are registered, teams will be moved into the main draw. If the division is full, they will remain on the waitlist until a spot opens.</p>

<p>Competition prizes awarded to minors will be paid to the parent or legal guardian serving as the minor's custodian and are contingent on eligibility verification, compliance with rules, and completion of tax documentation.</p>

<p>A parent or legal guardian must complete the <a href="https://lifetime.formstack.com/forms/sponsoringmemberform" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><strong>Life Time Child Waiver</strong></a><strong> </strong>prior to the tournament.</p>

Refund Policy

Refunds will be accepted until 10/14/2026 at noon - minus any pickleballbrackets.com service fees and a $10 administrative fee.

AFTER THIS DEADLINE, REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GRANTED FOR ANY REASON.

Participants are responsible for finding their own partners. If you are unable to secure a partner and cannot play, no refund will be issued after the refund deadline.
