Division Integrity Policy: To keep competition fair, the Tournament Director reserves the right to review ratings and registrations and to move teams to a more appropriate division when there is a significant mismatch (e.g., registering well below or above the posted level). If we identify a clear outlier, we will contact the team before finalizing brackets with options to (a) move to the appropriate division (space permitting) or (b) withdraw. Our goal is to create the best competitive experience for all participants.
Day Pass at Life Time Austin South -
Your tournament registration includes complimentary access to Life Time Austin South for the day of your event. Make the most of your visit with access to our premium fitness floor, LifeCafe for meals and refreshments, spacious dressing spaces with self-locking lockers, and dedicated recovery amenities, including cold plunge and heat therapy.
Whether you're preparing for competition, refueling between matches, or recovering after a hard-fought game, we invite you to enjoy everything the club has to offer.
Arrival & Check-In -
Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled event start time. This allows time for check-in, assistance with PickleballBrackets accounts or registration questions, and warm-ups before play begins. Arriving early helps ensure matches can start on schedule.
PickleballBrackets & Event Formats -
Event formats may be adjusted based on the final number of teams registered in each division. Our competitive structure will progress from a round-robin or group stage into a single-elimination playoff bracket, with the specific format and number of matches dependent on participation.
Please monitor your PickleballBrackets event information for updates as formats and schedules are finalized.
Enable Text Notifications -
Please ensure that text messaging is enabled in your PickleballBrackets account before arriving. Court assignments, match notifications, and important event updates will be communicated via text whenever possible.
We recommend that every player verify their account settings and contact information in advance to stay informed throughout the tournament.
