Registration Fee: Members = $60 / Non-Members = $70

Event Fee (1 event included in registration fee; subsequent events are $40 per)
3.0–3.5 & 3.5–4.0 is $40.

Divisions offered include:
Women's Doubles
3.0-3.5 & 3.5-4.0
Mixed Doubles
3.0-3.5 & 3.5-4.0
Men's Doubles
3.0-3.5 & 3.5-4.0
Each division is limited to 12 teams to ensure quality match play and efficient scheduling.
Format: Round robin pool play into a single-elimination bracket with 3 teams advancing from each pool.
Scoring: All games will be played to 11, win by 2.
Championship Match: The game will be played to 15, win by 2.
Each team is permitted one 30-second timeout during side switch at 6 or 8 and a 3-minute maximum warm-up before each game.
DUPR scores will be submitted for all tournament games.
Ball: This tournament will be played with the Life Time ball.
Paddles: All paddles must appear on the approved equipment list published by the UPA or USAPA or approved by the director.
Awards & Amenities: Prize money and medals will be awarded to 1st and 2nd place. To account for varying interest levels and bracket sizes, exact start times will be finalized and communicated after registration closes, once divisions are filled and confirmed. Participants should plan to be available during the tournament window for their division; final schedules and formats will be distributed via the registration platform/email after the registration deadline.
