ALL REGISTRANTS MUST HAVE A DUPR ACCOUNT PRIOR TO TOURNAMENT DAY.

TIMES:

Start times are subject to change depending on registration count. Prelim times will be sent a week before and official times 2 days before.

RATINGS:

DUPR and Pickleball Bracket Ratings will be reviewed and evaluated for all registrants. The right to assess all players and reassign them to the appropriate event is reserved by the tournament director. ALL SCORES WILL BE RECORDED IN DUPR AND PICKLEBALLBRACKETS.

PRIZES:

Prizes and Recognition: 1st place winners receive a $200 prize and Medal. 2nd and 3rd place winners receive medals.

FOOD:

Snacks like fruit, cheese, crackers, muffins, will be provided for all tournament registrants. Additionally, there is a full restaurant/café in the Club.

Medal matches will be bracketed by default. Medal matches subject to change based on division timing.

Minimum 4 teams for that division to run. Refund provided for brackets that do not meet the minimum.

Refunds will be given to those who withdraw before 02/16/25. Any other refunds will be based on the Tournament Director’s discretion.

This tournament is scheduled to be played on outdoor courts. In the event of rain or excessive wind, the Tournament Director may decide to reschedule the event to the following Saturday.
