Tournament Description

Join us for the Fall Classic at Life Time Fairfax—a premier pickleball tournament with brackets for players of all skill levels. This amateur/competitive event is set to deliver high-energy competition, great sportsmanship, and an unforgettable community atmosphere, including prizes and medals for each winning team. The Fall Classic is a great opportunity to showcase and advance your skills whether you are new to tournaments or a seasoned veteran. Find a partner and sign up today! We will be offering special discounts to members and any non-members who sign up before October 10, 2025 at 11:59pm.

Additional Information

- Location: Life Time Fairfax, 9602 Main Street, Fairfax, VA 22031

- Format: Round robin or pool play leading into bracket play (based on registration)

- Events: Men's Doubles, Women's Doubles, Mixed Doubles

- Divisions: Based on skill level (2.5 – 4.5+), age brackets may be combined if needed

- Ball: Custom LT ball (Indoor)

- Court Surface: Indoor hard court, professionally resurfaced in 2025

- Amenities: Full locker rooms, towel service, water stations, café,

- Registration includes: Guaranteed matches, player gift, and medal awards for top finishers

Refund Policy

- Full refunds are available up to 14 days before the event start date

- Cancellations within 14 days are eligible for a 50% refund

- No refunds will be issued within 72 hours of the event unless due to event cancellation

- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the tournament director

Health & Safety

The well-being of our players, spectators, and staff is our top priority. The Life Time Fairfax facility is maintained to the highest cleanliness standards, with regular sanitation of high-touch surfaces and equipment. First Aid and CPR-certified staff will be on-site during the event, and an AED is available in the club.

Players are encouraged to bring their own water bottles, wear appropriate footwear, and monitor for signs of exhaustion or fatigue.
