DOUBLES REGISTRATION WAITLIST
All doubles teams must register with a partner. Both players must individually complete registration and payment within three days of the initial registration. Teams that are not fully registered may be moved to the waitlist.
Players who register without a confirmed partner may also be placed on the waitlist until a partner is secured.
SKILL DIVISIONS & DUPR ELIGIBILITY
Players may compete at their appropriate skill level or play up, but may not play down.
For doubles, both players must meet the eligibility requirements for the division entered. The higher-rated player on the team will be used as the primary benchmark for determining division eligibility.
The Tournament Director reserves final authority regarding bracket placement and eligibility.
DIVISION RATING RANGES
To avoid overlap between skill divisions, the tournament will use clearly defined DUPR ranges:
3.0 Division: 3.000–3.499
3.5 Division: 3.500–3.999
4.0 Division: 4.000–4.499
4.5 Division: 4.500–4.999
Open/Moneyball: Open competitive division
Players may play above their rating level but may not play below it.
TOURNAMENT FORMAT
3.0, 3.5, 4.0 and 4.5 Divisions
Pool play followed by single-elimination playoffs.
Pool Play: 1 game to 11, win by 2
Non-medal elimination matches: 1 game to 15, win by 2
Medal matches: Best 2 out of 3 games to 11, win by 2
OPEN/MONEYBALL DIVISIONS
Double elimination with a come-around format.
Main Draw: Best 2 out of 3 games to 11, win by 2
Consolation: 1 game to 15, win by 2
Bronze Medal Match: Best 2 out of 3 games to 11, win by 2
Gold Medal Match: Best 2 out of 3 games to 11, win by 2
Tournament management reserves the right to adjust divisions, combine brackets, modify formats, or change match schedules based on registration totals, court availability, weather, or other circumstances.
Final start times and bracket information will be communicated after registration closes.
