Our tournament is open to both members and non-members. Life Time Member's Fee: $60 / Non-Member's Fee: $80. Each additional event is $40

Early Bird Special Ends 01/23/2025, Fee's will go up $10 after that.

Each division is limited to the first 8 teams which register. A Waitlist is provided to promote teams in the event of any cancelation.

Round robin format followed by single elimination playoffs. Round robin is 1 game played to 11 win by 1, playoffs is 1 game to 11 win by 2, and medal matches are best 2/3 games to 11 win by 2

2/6 Thursday-

6:30PM: Mixed Doubles 4.0-4.5

2/7 Friday-

8:00AM: Co-ed Split Age 85+ 4.0+

11:30AM: Co-ed Split Age 85+ 4.0-

3:00PM: Women's Singles 3.5+

6:30PM: Men's Singles 3.5+

2/8 Saturday-

8:00AM: Mixed Doubles 3.0-3.5

11:30AM: Mixed Doubles 3.5-4.0

3:00PM: Men's Doubles 3.0-3.5

6:30PM: Men's Doubles 3.5-4.0

2/9 Sunday:

8:00AM: Men's Doubles 4.0-4.5

All match scores will be entered into DUPR. All players must have a DUPR account prior to registration deadline to play

Tournament director reserves the right to move teams with an average DUPR greater than their division to a higher level division

You are allowed to bring one guest per event that you are signed up for otherwise you will have to pay a regular guest fee for any additional spectators that are not playing in the tournament.

Please come with a positive attitude towards our club. Aggressive behavior will not be tolerated and can call for a forfeit with no refunds.

USAP and UPA-A approved paddles ONLY no exceptions. There are paddles circulating on the market that are fraudulently advertised as "USA Pickleball Approved"

Upon check in, paddles that are found to be "delaminated" or "core crushed" will not be allowed in our tournament for safety purposes

EVENTS THAT DO NOT FILL UP MAY HAVE A FORMAT CHANGE (example: less round robin games, but best 2/3 games in bracket)

All refunds are subject to the tournament director's discretion

Life Time will not be held responsible for any injuries occurred while on the premises.
