Join us for a community-wide amateur pickleball tournament, open to Life Time members and non-members! Come play in this recreational tournament and put your skills to the test!

Events include: Coed Singles, Men's Doubles, Women's Doubles, and Mixed Doubles. All doubles events will be broken up into 3 skill levels (3.0, 3.5 & 4.0+). Singles will be split into 2 skill levels (3.0/3.5 & 4.0+).

Format : All events will be played in a round robin format. All players are guaranteed a minimum of 5 games. Depending on number of registrations. Event maybe split into multiple pools with a playoff round following round robin.

*Current registration limits are subject to change depending on level of interest. Please do not wait until the last minute to sign up. Registration may close early for some events if we reach our maximum court capacity for any day of the tournament.

You can sign up with a partner or you can sign up as an individual and check "I NEED A PARTNER". If you register without a partner, we will try to help place you with another player who needs a partner.

Estimated Schedule of Events:

Friday, August 4th: Coed Singles 3.0/3.5 & 4.0+. Estimated time 4-10PM.

Saturday, August 5th: All Men's Doubles and Women's Doubles. Estimated time 8AM-9PM.

Sunday, August 6th: Mixed Doubles. Estimated time 9AM-3PM.

The final schedule with start times for each event will not be released until after registration closes and draws have been finalized.

Please note:

*Each team must play at the skill level of the higher rated player

*Player skill levels are subject to adjustment by the Tournament Director based on past performance.

*Any listed events, fees, formats or other items are subject to change at the discretion of the Tournament Director at any time.

*Events that do not have enough participants will be combined with another skill level. This may cause times of other events to be moved.

Medals will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place of each bracket.

All matches will be self-refereed and played under 2023 USAPA rules.

Non-Life Time Members

Cost: Early Bird Registration - $45 per player

Registration fee increases to $55 per player on July 21st.

The first event is included in registration cost; each additional event is $10.

Non-members will have full access to the Life Time facility while you are here to compete. Each registered participant may bring one guest into the club during the event to cheer them on!

Life Time Members

Cost: Early Bird Registration - $35 per player

Registration fee increases to $45 per player on July 21st.

The first event is included in registration cost; each additional event is $10.

Normal guest policy applies.

If an event is full, player will have option to sign up for the waitlist. If a spot opens or the event max is increased, you will be automatically moved to the event and will be asked to pay at that time.

Full refund if you withdraw by July 28th.
