This is the one that started them all in Kingston, the Limestone Classic is back! Played at the world class Kingston Pickleball Club you won't want to miss this great tournament. Part of the True North Pickleball Tour.
Friday, December 5 will feature skill/age gender doubles over 50. Saturday will be skill/age Mixed Doubles and Sunday will be skill/age Gender Doubles, under 50.
Play will be with the Franklin X40, the official ball of the True North Pickleball Tour.
Both players must be registered and paid (individually) to secure your spot.
Format will be round robin feeding into a single elimination medal round. Open events will be play as a double elimination (minimum 6 teams) and will feature prize money for the medalists.
5 minute warm up prior to your first match, 2 minutes for subsequent matches. We will ref as many matches as possible with a focus on medal matches.
This event will use DUPR ratings.
This will follow the official rules of pickleball but will not be a Pickleball Canada sanctioned event, and you will be able to play up in skill (within 1.0 of your DUPR rating) if you so choose. Tournament director reserves the right to combine events as necessary and to move teams playing up too far if he feels they won't be competitive.
