Welcome to the Lob-lolly Classic - benefiting the Children's Advocacy Center of Bastrop, Lee, and Fayette Counties!

Join Double R Pickleball for this fundraising tournament and a chance to showcase your pickleball prowess, all while providing hope and healing for our local community.

In 2024, the Children's Advocacy Center served 1,276 individual clients, provided 3,394 hours of therapy, and performed 352 forensic interviews. With your help, we can make 2025 and beyond even bigger!

Men's, Women's, and Mixed Doubles events.

All ages, 40+, and 60+ age division.

VENUE

Hosted at the beautiful Bastrop Area Pickleball Association just outside of Austin:

- 10 dedicated outdoor courts for competitive play.

- Demo paddles on site—perfect for testing out new gear!

SCHEDULE

- Events will kick off around 8:00 AM and continue until approximately 8:00 PM or until finished.

- Quick transitions between games keep the action moving—be ready to play when your match is called!

CHECK-IN

Players must check in at the tournament desk **30 minutes before their event** begins. Late check-ins may result in withdrawal from the event.

REFEREES

Players will call their own lines and keep score. Tournament staff will be available to assist with rules as needed.

DUPR MATCH REPORTING

This is a DUPR-sanctioned event—all match results will be submitted to DUPR rankings.

- Tournament Directors reserve the right to **combine divisions** if necessary. Players will be notified of any merges after registration closes and draws will be posted prior to event start date.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Double R Pickleball

Cancellation by Participant:

-Participants who wish to cancel their registration for the pickleball tournament must notify Double R Pickleball in writing or via email.

-Full refunds will be provided for cancellations made before September 6th, 2025 excluding the transaction fee.

No Refund Policy:

-No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after September 6th, 2025 or for participants who fail to check-in on tournament start date.

Exceptions:

-In case of extenuating circumstances, Double R Pickleball reserves the right to review and potentially adjust the refund policy on a case-by-case basis.

-By registering for the pickleball tournament, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the cancellation and refund policy outlined above.

Note: This policy is subject to change at the discretion of Double R Pickleball. Participants are encouraged to review the most current policy before registering for the tournament.

In the event of inclement weather, Double R Pickleball LLC reserves the right to reschedule, relocate, or adjust the tournament schedule as needed to ensure player safety and maintain tournament integrity.

Important Notes:

-Updates regarding weather-related changes will be communicated via email and text to all registered participants.

-If rescheduling or relocation is not feasible, refunds or credits may be issued at the discretion of the Tournament Directors.

We appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we work to provide the best possible tournament experience!

All participants are required to sign the facility liability waiver before competing in the tournament.

-Waivers must be signed during check-in or can be completed online prior to the event.

-No player will be allowed to participate without a signed waiver on file.
