Additional Information
A NOTE ON FORMATS
The format for each bracket is decided on how many teams finally end up in a bracket after the registration closes and when people are done withdrawing. This decision has to occur at the very last minute to make sure the brackets are accurate and the printing of the match cards is not a fools errand! This also ensures that the amount of playing each team gets is maximized. Court availability, time, as well as level of play also factor into the decision.
Example Round Robin formats
6 teams may play 5 games to 15 or 21
8 teams may play 7 games to 11 or 15
10 teams may play 9 games to 11
16 teams may be split into 2 pools of 8 and play 7 games to 11 or 15
20 teams may be split into 2 pools of 10 and play 9 games to 11
Our goal is to let every pickle play as much as possible in the space and time that we are given!
A NOTE ON PLAYOFFS
Playoffs are determined by the factors listed above. Some brackets may get a gold/silver medal match that is best 2/3 games to 11 win by two and some may not! But rest assured all brackets do get medal matches :)
The tournament directors have the right to change formats at anytime.
A Note to past Gold Medalists:
If you have attended one of our previous events and won Gold, it is proper pickle etiquette to now sign up for the next level! For example, if you were a 3.0 Gold medalist you will now level up to 3.5.

There will be no refunds of entry fees:
*NO refunds will be permitted simply because an entrant fails to participate.
*NO refunds will be given due to cancellation because of inclement weather.
We will make every effort to reschedule events due to inclement weather
Exceptions to the Refund Policy:
