Welcome to the LUCKY PICKLE OPEN hosted by LFG Tourneys, LLC. This tournament will be held at DILL DINKERS-HATBORO, PA on Friday August 1, 2025 through Sunday August 3, 2025. You will have the opportunity to play Singles, Skinny Singles, Doubles, Mixed, and Split Age events with amateur skill levels ranging from 3.0-4.5. Additionally, there will be SINGLES OPEN, COED OPEN/PRO, MIXED OPEN/PRO, and SENIOR OPEN/PRO events with Prize $$$. Medals will be awarded for first, second, and third place in all ages/brackets.

Amateur Event Fee - $20.00 each. Open Event Fee - $60.00 each

ALL SINGLES EVENTS INCLUDING SKINNY SINGLES

~Traditional - Best 2 out of 3, games to 11, win by 2. Double elimination. Consolation Bracket games to 15, win by 2.

AMATEUR GENDER DOUBLES AND MIXED AMATEUR EVENTS

~3.0 - 4.5 events will run Round Robin pool play, one game to 15, win by 2, with top couple/few in each pool advancing to bracket play. Brackets will be double elimination, games to 15, win by 2. Bronze medal matches one game to 15, win by 2. Gold Medal matches will be best 2 out of 3, games to 11, win by 2.

COED OPEN/PRO 4.5+ $$ DOUBLES (MENS TEAMS/WOMENS TEAMS/OR MAN/WOMAN TEAMS)

~Traditional - Best 2 out of 3, games to 11, win by 2. Double elimination. Consolation Bracket games to 15, win by 2. Medal matches - Best 2 out of 3.

OPEN/PRO 4.5+$$ WOMENS DOUBLES AND MIXED EVENTS

**Tournament Directors have the right to make changes to format, adjust age brackets, or other items if needed.

* Tournament results are entered by DUPR.

Singles/Skinny Singles, Coed Split Age, and OPEN/PRO Women's Doubles play on Friday August 1, 2025.

Amateur Gender Doubles and COED OPEN Doubles play on Saturday August 2, 2025.

All Mixed events play on Sunday August 3, 2025.

Franklin X-40 ball will be used.

Registration includes a free T-shirt to all who register by July 1, 2025. A limited number of shirts will be available for purchase at the tournament. Please join us for this fun and competitive weekend full of pickleball!! LFG!!!

Our event is indoor and not subject to weather conditions. If you are registered and paid, we anticipate your attendance. In the event that a bracket does not have sufficient teams, the Tournament Director reserves the right to combine brackets by level and/or age. Brackets may be combined if not enough teams are signed up in a given event. Age groups within the same skill level would be combined first. If necessary, Skill levels may be combined.

Your DUPR rating will be used to determine which skill level you may play in. If player does not have DUPR rating, player's pickleball brackets rating will be used. If players do not have a DUPR rating or pickleball brackets rating, players self-rating will be used from their pickleball brackets profile. Players are responsible to self-rate at a skill level that is NOT lower than their actual skill level. Players may play in a skill level higher than their rating. Players may not play in a skill level that is lower than their rating.

Start times will not be announced until registration closes. We do this because the number of signups for each event will determine when we can start each bracket. We need to know the final number of entrants for each event in order to determine the most efficient start times to keep the day running as smoothly as possible. Start times will be released one to two days after registration closes and may be subject to change due to any unforeseen circumstances.

Water and snacks will be available to players.

NOTE - We ask that you start a DUPR account if you do not already have one. We also ask that all players join the LFG Tourneys "club" in your DUPR account. This is not required, but appreciated :)

You must show a photo ID with your birthdate to check-in. Please check-in a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your event start time each day that you play. If the tournament is running early, your event can start up to 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.

GENERAL RULES

* 2025 USAP Pickleball Rules will apply. *

*Just as the USAP rules state -we will be allowing the Joola MOD TA-15 and the Gearbox Pro Power paddles until July 1, 2025.

* Team Age bracket will be determined by the age of the youngest partner. Age as of 12/31/2025.

* Team Skill level will be determined by the highest skill level of the player on the team.

*Full Refunds will be allowed until July 1, 2025 (one month prior), minus the pickleball brackets service fee. Pickleball Brackets charges a $5 service fee for one event, and $10 service fee for two or more events off the top during checkout.

** 50% refunds up until a week before the tournament starts (July 24, 2025).

*** No refunds after July 24, 2025.

*In situations of player swap, the new partner will need to pay the registration and event fee prior to issuing a refund to the withdrawing partner. A refund to the withdrawn partner will be issued (minus a $30 to $35 fee [$25 fee plus $5 or $10 Pickleball Bracket event fee] depending on how many events you are withdrawing from).

* Note - PickleballBrackets.com charges a separate administration fee at checkout that is non-refundable at any time if you are placed into an event.
