FEES

* Early Bird Registration - $60 per person - (before 11/15/23) / $65 per person after 11/15/23

* NOTE - Pickleball Brackets charges a separate administration fee per event that is non-refundable at any time. (The Pickleball Bracket fee is $5 for the first event and $10 max for multiple events.)

COED ROUND ROBIN PICKLEBALL TOURNAMENT

* Age Groups: Players can play down in an age group

- 18 - 49

- 50+

* Skill Level Brackets: Players can play up in skill level.

- 3.0 & Under

- 3.0 - 3.5

- 4.0 + Above

* Co-Ed Doubles

* Round Robin Format

* Top 3 Point-Getters Win Their Bracks.

* The Tournament Director has the right to make changes to the format, adjust age brackets, or other items if needed.

* Medals awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams.

* All round(s) are to 11, win by 1.

GENERAL RULES

* 2023 USA Pickleball Rules will apply.

* Team Age bracket will be determined by the age of the youngest partner. Age as of 12/31/2023.

* Team Skill level will be determined by the highest skill level of the player on the team.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

* All team members must check in at least 30 minutes prior to their bracket start time. Please refer to Event Schedule for your team's bracket start time.

* A week prior to the tournament date, staggered start time information by bracket will be available on the www.pickleballbrackets.com website.

* This is an indoor event.

WAITLIST

Once registered for an event, you will have 10 days to find a partner. If after 10 days, you will be moved to the waitlist. Waitlist teams that have fully paid partners will be given priority to events and are not based on who was placed on the waitlist first.

Refunds (minus a $25 fee) will be allowed until 11/25/23. After that date, no refunds will be given (even for winter weather). This is an indoor event. All attempts will be made to make up missed events due to weather.
