Major League Pickleball held its first-ever draft on October 1st and 32 of the world’s top pickleball players found new potential partnerships and new four-person teams, readying for the upcoming Season One from Nov. 5-8 at Dreamland in Dripping Springs, Texas.

The Major League Pickleball Season One Pro event will be held at Dreamland during the MLP Festival Tournament.

TICKETS: Seating for the pro matches is available for free for all tournament registrants, but capacity is limited on the Stadium Court and all pro matches are played on one court. MLP will be selling tickets for VIP experience and for general admission. Tournament registrants get a discount code for tickets to the MLP Pro matches. Tickets will be available no later than Friday October 15th and details will be emailed to all tournament registrants.

All participants must have a DUPR account to register. If you have a new account you must have played 5 DUPR matches on the app before the registration deadline.

If you have already played a DUPR tournament at Dreamland or a PPA event after August 1 then you are exempt and we will use your DUPR rating for the tournament.

PLEASE NOTE: The tournament director reserve the right to combine brackets based on registration and to move players to proper brackets based on skill ratings.

Tournament format: Round robin pool play + 8 team single elimination bracket, so TONS of game play!

Guaranteed 3 matches minimum, and 8 of the 16 teams in pool advance to elimination bracket.

SATURDAY NIGHT CONCERT: Saturday Nov 6th at 9:30 pm is Talking Heads tribute band, Heartbyrne. They sold out the downtown Austin Moody Theater and were personally endorsed by David Byrne. More musical acts for Friday night announced. Admission to the concerts is free for tournament registrants.
