Tournament Events:

Men's and Women's Doubles - Saturday, March 9th - All Day Starting at 8:00 AM

Mixed Doubles - Sunday, March 10th - All day starting at 8:00 AM

This is a Skill Level/Age Group Tournament. Registration is by skill level.

For doubles and mixed doubles, both players must sign up at the skill level of the higher rated partner through PickleballBrackets.com. If neither player has a PickleballBrackets.com rating, players may self rate.

Ratings will be verified. The tournament reserves the right to move players and teams between skill level brackets.

Events may be split by age depending on the bracket size.

For a guaranteed spot in mixed doubles or doubles, the second partner must sign up within 7 days of the first partner's registration. Incomplete teams will be moved to the waiting list after that. Once the second partner registers, they will be moved back into the event IF THERE ARE SPOTS LEFT IN THE TOURNAMENT AND THE EVENT.

The tournament format will be a round robin followed by playoffs for the top 4 teams for ALL events.

All events require 4 teams to be held. Any event with less than 4 teams will be cancelled.

The registration fee is $50 for the first event and $20 for each additional event. There is a non-refundable PickleballBrackets.com software use fee of $5 for one event or $10 for more than one event that will be applied to every registration.

Full refunds minus the $10 processing fee from PickleballBrackets.com will be granted for withdrawals from the tournament prior to registration closing.

No refunds will be granted for withdrawals from an event if the player registers for multiple events.

No refunds will be granted for withdrawals from the tournament after registration closes.
