Tournament Format & Rules

Brackets will be organized by skill level and may be adjusted based on number of participants.

Format will be a Round Robin / Pool Play with Playoffs

Four Guaranteed Games

Games will follow USA Pickleball Rules.

Medals/Prizes will be awarded to the top finishers in each division.

Entry is limited to 12 teams per Division

We understand that unexpected changes can happen. Below is our refund policy:

✅ Full Refund – If cancellation is requested on or before March 21, 2025

❌ No Refunds – After March 21, 2025, except in cases where the tournament is canceled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, venue issues).

All players participating in the March Madness Pickleball Tournament are required to complete and sign a liability waiver before competing. This waiver ensures that all participants acknowledge the risks associated with tournament play and agree to the terms set forth by Lifestyle Fitness and Tennis Center.

📌 Waiver Submission:

✅ Players must submit a signed waiver before their first match.

✅ Waivers can found in the registration files and provided at check-in for the tournament or completed upon arrival for the tournament.

✅ No waiver = No play. Participants who do not submit a waiver will not be allowed to compete.
