The Ultimate Pickleball Bracket Battle!

Get ready to experience the madness at March Smashness—our exciting pickleball tournament inspired by the high-stakes energy of NCAA March Madness! This thrilling event takes place before the big basketball tournament and promises nonstop action on our state-of-the-art, professional-grade courts.

TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE:

*Friday, February 28, 2025 – Men's Singles & Women's Singles (TBD)*

Saturday, March 1, 2025 – Men's Doubles & Women's Doubles

Sunday, March 2, 2025 – Mixed Doubles

FORMAT:

Step into the bracket frenzy with a minimum of four guaranteed matches in a round robin format. The top teams will advance to a single-elimination bracket—where champions are crowned! Matches will be games to 15, win by 2.

If divisions don’t fill up, we’ll combine age groups first, then skill levels, to keep the action rolling.

Stay competitive: All matches will update your DUPR rankings so you can show off your March Smashness skills!

DUPR is now the official rating system of Pickleballbrackets.com, and a linked DUPR account is required to sign up for the tournament. If you attempt to sign up without linking a DUPR account, you will receive an error message. This is a requirement and must be done by the player—unfortunately, we cannot control or assist with linking DUPR accounts.

WHY PLAY?

"March Smashness" is more than just a pickleball tournament—it’s an event to remember. Celebrate your passion for pickleball while enjoying the thrill of competition, limited-edition swag, community spirit, and the chance to take your place in the winner's circle!

3 or less teams will be combined with another group

4 Teams = Double Round Robin, games 1 to 15, win by 2

5 Teams = Single Round Robin, games 2/3 to 11, win by 2

6-8 Teams = Single Round Robin, games 1 to 15, win by 2

9 Teams = Single Round Robin, games 1 to 11, win by 2

10 or more teams = Split into 2 pools with top 2 of each pool advancing to medal playoff. All matches will be 1 to 15, win by 2 in round robin and playoff

OPEN Division Gold Medal matches will be refereed

If you withdraw before February 20, 2025, you will receive a refund minus the non-refundable PickleballBrackets.com service fee.

No refunds will be issued for withdrawals made after February 20, 2025 (11:59pm).

Compete for your share of a $1,000 prize pool (subject to change based on final registration numbers—prizes may increase or decrease accordingly).

The payout breakdown is as follows:

Gold Medalists take home 50% of the total prize

Silver Medalists receive 30%

Bronze Medalists earn 20%

All prize money will be split equally among teammates.

All 20 courts are located indoors in our comfortable, climate-controlled facility—so nothing can rain on your pickleball parade!

First aid kits, AEDs, and wheelchairs will be readily available on-site for minor injuries, and for more serious concerns, an Urgent Care facility is conveniently located just across the street.
