Masons Mill Open 2024 Pickleball Tournament is being held at Masons Mill Park in Huntingdon Valley, PA April 12-14, 2024. Men's & Women's Singles will be Friday April 12, Men's & Women's Doubles will be Saturday April 13, and Mixed Doubles will be Sunday April 14. Amateur brackets include skill levels 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5 with age levels 9-49, 50-59, 60+. There are also Pro and Senior Pro (age 50+) brackets for skill levels 4.5+ with prize money! Registration includes a tournament shirt and is $45 for Upper Moreland residents and $65 for non-residents. The difference goes to the township. Upper Moreland residents must email pickleballismylife@gmail.com their full address to get a $20 discount code you can use during checkout. Singles, doubles and mixed doubles skill/age events are $15 each. Pro and Senior Pro events are $40 each with $25 going to prize money.

At all Pickleball is Life tournaments we:

- Submit results to DUPR.

- Live stream multiple courts on YouTube www.youtube.com/@PickleballisLife.

- Have a well stocked hospitality tent with snacks, fruit, and water.

- Players can choose a short sleeve shirt, racerback, muscle shirt, long sleeve shirt or quarter zip.

- Winners will receive medals and gifts from our sponsors including paddles, pickleball bags, water bottles and other gear.

- There will be referees for Pro and Senior Pro matches and most amateur medal matches. This is not a sanctioned tournament.

- We accept Venmo payments @pickleballislife (8299) and PayPal/Credit Cards.

Bracket Formats:

4 to 6 teams/players will play round robin format with playoffs for the top 4 teams/players.

7 and higher teams/players will play double elimination with the consolation draw able to win gold.

Tournament director has the discretion to make changes to the brackets regarding weather delays, combining small brackets and format. Age group may be combined, but refunds will be offered if skill levels need to be combined or separate medals will be offered for each skill level.

Refunds are available for registration and event fees minus the refund fees described below if canceled before the cancellation deadline of 3/14/24. Refund requests made after that date will be granted minus a $25 processing fee to cover the purchase of shirts, medals, balls, etc. and minus the refund fees described below. Brackets may be combined by age and/or skill at the discretion of the tournament director, however if too few teams are available a refund at any time for registration and event fees will be offered minus the refund fees described below. REFUND FEES NOTE: ALL refunds will minus any PayPal/Venmo processing fees and the PickleballBrackets Software Fee. The PickleballBrackets Software Fee goes to them and is non-refundable as stated at checkout. Refunds will be issued as quickly as possible, but could occur after the conclusion of the tournament. This is an outdoor event and there is no refund for rain or an unforeseen circumstance (flood, power outage, etc.) and the tournament coordinators will do all they can to play matches. If brackets are in mid play when it rains or an unforeseen circumstance occurs the situation will be evaluated on a case by case basis to determine if the bracket may be finished or if winners may be determined. There are no rain dates.
