MENS DOUBLES, WOMENS DOUBLES, MIXED DOUBLES
Skill Levels: 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, 5.0
Age Groups: 8-34,35-49,50-59,60-69,70+
FORMAT:
4 MATCH GUARANTEE FOR ALL TEAMS. Brackets 7 teams or less will play Round Robin followed by medal bracket or medal matches. Brackets of 8 or more teams may be split into pools with pools playing round robin with designated number of teams from pool play advancing to medal matches. Brackets of less than 5 teams may be merged to create playable brackets. TEAMS WILL BE AWARDED MEDALS BASED ON THE BRACKET THEY ORIGINALLY REGISTERED FOR BEFORE BEING MERGED.
COST: $80 REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES 2 EVENTS. Players wishing to play a 3rd event will be charged an additional $40. PickleballTournaments.com also charges a $5 per event non-refundable service fee (not to exceed $10 per player).
SCHEDULE:
Friday, September 19 - Men's and Women's Doubles 50+, 60+, 70+
Saturday, September 20 - Mixed Doubles 8+,35+,50+, 60+, 70+
Sunday, September 21 - Mens and Womens Doubles 8+, 35+
Competition each day will begin as early as 8:00 AM. Specific start times for each event will be posted and emailed to players approximately one week prior to the event.
The registration cost is $80 and includes 2 events each additional event is $40. Last day to register and be guaranteed a FREE tournament Shirt is (DATE), 11:55pm. If space is still available, registrations after (DATE) will incur a $15 late registration fee.
As registration proceeds, tournament management reserves the option to combine brackets as needed if brackets do not fill. If brackets are combined to create playable brackets, awards will be based on the original bracket a player signed up for. Tournament management also reserves the right to convert brackets to double elimination if necessary.
A team must play at the skill level of the higher rated player (or higher) and the age group of the younger player. Age is calculated as of 12/31/2025.
RATINGS
- DUPR ratings will be used.
- Tournament Director reserves the right to move a player to a higher/lower level at their discretion

You may register and identify your partner or request ""Need partner"". Your partner must register within five days of your registration or the team will be moved to the wait list. When the identified partner registers after the five day grace period, the team will automatically move from the wait list back to the active list if there is a slot available and both teams have paid. It is your responsibility to have/bring a tournament partner. Tournament Director can not be held responsible for finding partner(s).
**NOTE: Your spot in the tournament is not guaranteed until your partner has registered and all fees have been paid in full.
There are no referees. Matches are self-monitored. If a referee is requested, we will do our best to provide one.
