Round robin pools leading into a bracket (Play to 11, win by 2, cap 15)

Every team plays in bracket

Single Elimination (Best of 3, play to 11, win by 2, no cap)

-Round Robin; 1 game to 11 win by 1

-Bracket: 2 out of 3, All games to 11 win by 2

-Gold/Silver: 2 out of 3, All games to 11 win by 2

-Bronze: 2 out of 3, All games to 11 win by 2

Tournament Director has the right to combine brackets by age or skill on any day.

Friday and Saturday's Events WILL BE combined by skill if there are not enough teams in either bracket. Medals will NOT be separated out on Friday and Saturday events if brackets are combined.

A player’s spot is NOT SECURE unless you have a partner listed and BOTH partners are PAID IN FULL!!

*Players have 21 days to find a partner, otherwise they will be placed on the waitlist automatically. It is your responsibility to make sure your partner registers. All players need to register on their own.

Refund Policy – Pickleball Tournament

- Full Refund: Players who withdraw at least 14 days before the tournament start date will receive a full refund, minus any processing fees.

- Partial Refund: Withdrawals made 7-13 days before the tournament start date are eligible for a 50% refund, minus any processing fees.

- No Refund: No refunds will be issued for withdrawals made less than 7 days before the tournament start date or for no-shows.

- Event Cancellations: If the tournament is canceled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, venue issues), players may receive a full or partial refund, depending on incurred expenses.
