Fees & Deadlines:
- Early Bird Registration valid until May 6 - $40
- Standard Registration begins May 6, 12pm - $55
Event Fees:
- Doubles event - $10 per event
- Singles event - $20 per event
Pickleball Brackets Service Fee:
- $5 per event ($10 maximum) - non-refundable
*Both partners must register within 2 days, if your partner has not registered you may be moved to the waitlist.
*If divisions are full please register to the waitlist so we can adjust division capacity appropriately.
Event Check-in: Posted time
Start Time: 30 minutes after check-in
Event Times: 11AM - 6PM
*Start times will be announced up to 1-2 days following close of registration.
*Events may be combined up to 1-2 days following close of registration.
Competition Format:
All divisions will follow a pool play/round robin format (based on division size)
Amateur Divisions (3.0-4.5):
- 3.0 Division - Men's, Women's & Mixed Doubles + Singles
- 3.5 Division - Men's, Women's & Mixed Doubles + Singles
- 4.0 Division - Men's, Women's & Mixed Doubles + Singles
*ALL AMATEUR DIVISIONS (3.0-4.0) RESULTS REPORTED TO DUPR
Divisions and Times subject to change (notified 1-2 days after registration closes)
- Brackets may be combined if needed (3 or fewer teams)
*Tournament Coordinators reserve the right to merge/combine/cancel divisions (including level and age brackets) based on registration to ensure competitive and cohesive competition.
*Tournament Coordinators reserve the right to move/remove teams based on DUPR ratings, reliability and match history.
MULTIPLE SAME DAY EVENTS - if you choose to enter multiple events in the same day we will do our best to accommodate however we cannot delay matches. If you are unable to attend a match this will count as a withdrawal. No refunds will be issued if start times overlap.
