Player registration is by skill and age levels. An additional $10 event & $5 setup fee will be charged for each event. After registration is complete, age levels may be adjusted based on number of registered players. If a large number of players register in an age level, the age level may be split into pools. Alternatively, the age level could be split further into 2 age levels. Brackets with 6 or more teams will play each of the other teams once with a single game to 15 win by 2. Brackets with 5 players will play a single game to 21 win by 2. Brackets with 4 players will play best 2 of 3 games to 11 win by 2. If pools are used, the top two teams in each pool will play a single elimination bracket for medals.
If your designated partner has not registered within 7 days, you will be moved to the wait list. If you register needing a partner and have not found a partner within 7 days, you will be moved to the wait list.
Additional Information
Players will receive a coupon for the tournament shirt. Players will have the option to upgrade to a T-shirt or hoodie of their choice for an additional cost.
Refund Policy
Players may withdraw until August 6, 2023, and receive a partial refund. No refunds will be processed for withdrawals after August 6, 2023. No service fees will be refunded. There will be a $10 fee for all cancellations.
Prize Money
The $1000 prize money will be awarded based on the number of teams that register, with 10 teams required for the full payout. The payout will be 60% to first place, 30% to second place, and 10% to third place. A minimum of 6 teams is required for this event to be held.
Brackets will be Double Elimination with a come around. Main draw matches will be 2/3 to 11,
win by 2. Consolation matches will be 1 game to 15, win by 2. Medal Matches will be played 2/3 to
11, win by 2.
