Player registration is by skill and age levels. There is an "Early Bird" special. The first 100 people pay $40.00 dollars for the first event and $5 for each additional event. After the first 100 sign up, it will be 50.00 per event and $10 for each additional event. An additional $5 setup fee will be charged for each event. After registration is complete, age levels may be adjusted based on number of registered players. If a large number of players register in an age level, the age level may be split into pools. Alternatively, the age level could be split further into 2 age levels. Brackets with 6 or more teams will play each of the other teams once with a single game to 15 win by 2. Brackets with 5 players will play a single game to 21 win by 2. Brackets with 4 players will play best 2 of 3 games to 11 win by 2. If pools are used, the top two teams in each pool will play a single elimination bracket for medals.

If your designated partner has not registered within 7 days, you will be moved to the wait list. If you register needing a partner and have not found a partner within 7 days, you will be moved to the wait list.

Players who sign up on or before July 27, will receive a T-shirt for the tournament shirt

Players may withdraw until July 22, 2024, and receive a partial refund. No refunds will be processed for withdrawals after July 22, 2024. No service fees will be refunded. There will be a $10 fee for all cancellations.
