Midnight Heist - Mixed Doubles

Friday June 12th, 2024 - Mixed Doubles

Skill Levels: 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, 5.0 (All Ages) - May be combined by skill if less then 4 teams are registered)

All Fees are Per Person not Per Team

Check-In will open at 8:30 PM

All Events will start at 9:00 PM

Format: Round Robin that feeds into a Single Elimination Bracket - 16 Teams Max

*If some events don't fill up we may add more teams to larger divisions. If there are more than 7 teams in a division, that division may be split into pools for the Round Robin portion and then combined for the Single Elimination portion.

Please plan on 2 to 3 hours of play.

If events do not fill up brackets may be combined per Tournament Director's discretion.

A players spot is NOT SECURE unless you have a partner listed and BOTH partner's are PAID IN FULL!!!!! This event has SOLD OUT the last two years. Players have 14 days to find and secure a partner after 14 days you will be moved to the waitlist. Waitlisted players need to have a partner listed to be consider for an event.

*** If DUPR becomes an option as the preferred skill rating we will switch to it and all players that have previously registered will be moved according to their DUPR rating.

Full refunds will be given minus a $10 processing fee up until July 1st, 2024.

50% Refund will be issued until July 8th, 2024, after this date no refunds will be issues.

All Refund Request must be made by email to trisha.callister@sgcity.org. Please allow 14 business days for your refund to be processed and funds returned to your credit card.

FEES are non-transferable!
