All Fees are Per Person not Per Team

Friday June 23rd, 2023 - Men's & Women's Doubles

Friday July 28th, 2023 - Mixed Doubles

Friday August 25th, 2023 - Singles

Round Robin Format - 8 Teams Max

*If some events don't feel we may add more teams to larger divisions. If more then 10 teams are added, division will be split into an A & B bracket with top 2-4 teams moving on to a single elimination tournament after round robin play.

Please plan on 2 to 3 hours of play.

If events do not fill up brackets may be combined per Tournament Director's discretion.

Full refunds will be given minus $10 processing fee up until the 1st of the month in which event you are playing. See below.

100% Refund minus $10.00 Processing Fee BEFORE:

June 1st, 2023 for Men's & Women's Doubles

July 1st, 2023 for Mixed Doubles

August 1st, 2023 for Singles

50% Refund After the 1st of Each Month

All Refund Request must be made by email to trisha.callister@sgcity.org. Please allow 14 business days for your refund to be processed and funds returned to your credit card.

We will always try to wait out the weather and play. Rarely do we ever just cancel an event.
