We will try our best not to combine divisions as we want all tournament players to be able to compete in the event they register for. Events must have a minimum of 4 entries for that event to run.
Round Robin format followed by Gold/Silver and Bronze/4th place matches.
DUPR ratings will be used to ensure players are entered into the correct division. If based on your DUPR rating you have entered a division below your DUPR rating we reserve the right to adjust your entry to the correct division.
Waiver of Liability: By registering for this event, all players agree to the liability waiver, releasing Mayfair Clubs, all staff and contractors along with all tournament staff and volunteers from liability for any injuries or incidents that occur during the duration of the event.
Medals and Photography waiver: You grant Mayfair Clubs and our tournament staff/volunteers full and unrestricted permission to use photos and videos of your likeness, voice and name. You agree that we can use these materials for social media, promotional campaigns and future marketing without any compensation to you.
Player Generated Content and Third Party filming
We actively encourage players to record their own matches . It is common for participants and spectators to set up personal cameras or phones around the courts to capture content for their own social media, coaching review or personal archives.
By participating in this tournament, you acknowledge that you are playing in a public environment. You consent to being filmed by other players and attendees.
Please note that Mayfair Clubs does not own, control, or take responsibility for any photos or video captured by third parties. We do not govern how other individuals use, edit, or distribute their personal footage online. By stepping onto the court and into the club, you accept that cameras will be rolling and you release Mayfair Clubs and all staff/volunteers from any liability regarding third-party recordings.
