Tournament Description

Get ready for an exciting weekend of pickleball at the Monterey Bay Racquet Club, nestled within the scenic grounds of the Hyatt Regency Monterey! Join us for a thrilling event packed with competitive play and camaraderie.

At this tournament, our aim is to maximize the thrill of competition. We're planning to organize double elimination brackets for groups comprising six or more teams. For smaller groups of five teams or less, a round-robin format will ensure everyone gets plenty of court time. Medals will be awarded based on the results of the round-robin matches.

However, we're constantly fine-tuning to elevate the excitement! There's a possibility of adjusting the format to all-round robins, regardless of the team count. In this scenario, a thrilling six-team shootout will determine the medal winners, guaranteeing a pulse-pounding climax to the tournament.

Additional Information

Registration is done by skill level. After registration closes, skills will be broken down by age to create skill/age groups. Smallest group will be 4 teams, combined ages where there are less than 4 teams in an age group.

Changes are possible and will be decided by the tournament director based on numbers of players, weather, and any other condition that might effect play.

Refund Policy

All sales made for the pickleball tournament organized by our company are final and non-refundable. Once registration is completed and payment is made, no refunds will be issued for any reason. This policy applies to all registrations, whether made online, by phone, or in person. By registering for the tournament, you agree to this policy and understand that no refunds will be given.

However, we understand that certain unforeseen circumstances might arise, and we will assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny any refund request at our discretion.

In the event of a tournament cancellation due to weather conditions:

We will make every effort to reschedule the tournament to a new date. Please note that the rescheduled date may be subject to further changes based on weather conditions.

If participants are unable to attend the rescheduled tournament date, we will offer the option to use their payment as a credit towards a future tournament organized by our company. This credit will be valid for one year from the date of the original payment and can only be used toward tournament registration fees.

Please be aware that the decision to reschedule and the option to use payments as credits toward future tournaments are entirely at the discretion of the tournament organizer and are not guaranteed.

Credit Terms and Conditions:

Participants utilizing their payment as a credit towards a future tournament should note the following terms and conditions:

The credit will expire one year from the date of the original payment.
