All sales made for the pickleball tournament organized by our company are final and non-refundable. Once a registration is completed and payment is made, no refunds will be issued for any reason. This policy applies to all registrations, whether made online, by phone, or in person. By registering for the tournament, you agree to this policy and understand that no refunds will be given. However, we understand that there may be circumstances in which a refund is appropriate, and we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny any refund request at our discretion.
In the event that the tournament is canceled due to weather conditions, we will reschedule the tournament to a new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled tournament date, we will offer the option to use your payment as a credit towards a future tournament organized by our company. The credit will be valid for one year from the date of the original payment and can only be used towards tournament registration fees.
Please note that the rescheduled tournament date may be subject to change depending on weather conditions, and that the option to use payments as credits towards future tournaments is entirely at the discretion of the tournament organizer and is not guaranteed. The terms and conditions of the credit should also be clearly communicated to customers, including the expiration date and any limitations or restrictions on its use."
