Welcome to MOONLIGHT MADNESS MONEYBALL! With a later start at 8PM CST to beat the summer heat, the stars will shine as they compete to win cold, hard CASH at Hot Springs Health and Fitness. With $300 in the pot to start, $50 will be added per team that signs up, and entry becomes essentially free to a third place team when at least 10 teams sign up!

Teams will play in a pooled round-robin format (based on team DUPR) that guarantees at least 60 points-worth of play. The top teams (based on number of entries) will move on to bracket play. The top two teams will then compete for a larger split of the moneyball prize, and if ten or more teams, a third place match will decide the third place money prize!

8 teams- double round robin, 2 games to 11 (switch between games) per each pool of 4, $300 for 1st place, $200 for 2nd place

9 teams- double round robin, 2 games to 11 (switch between games) for one pool of 4, round robin, 1 game to 15 (switch sides when first team reaches 8) for one pool of 5, $350 for 1st place, $200 for 2nd place

10 teams- round robin, 1 game to 15 (switch sides when first team reaches 8) per each pool of 5, $350 for 1st place, $200 for 2nd place, $100 for 3rd place

11 teams- round robin, 1 game to 15 (switch sides when first team reaches 8) for one pool of 5, round robin, 1 game to 11 (switch sides when first team reaches 6) for one pool of 6, $400 for 1st place, $250 for 2nd place, $100 for 3rd place

12 teams- round robin, 1 game to 15 (switch sides when first team reaches 8) per each pool of 6, $450 for 1st place, $300 for 2nd place, $100 for 3rd place

13 teams - double round robin, 2 games to 11 (switch between games) two pools of 4, round robin, 1 game to 15 (switch sides when first team reaches 8) for one pool of 5, $500 for 1st place, $300 for 2nd place, $150 for 3rd place

14 teams- double round robin, 2 games to 11 (switch between games) for one pool of 4, round robin, 1 game to 15 (switch sides when first team reaches 8) for two pools of 5, $550 for 1st place, $350 for 2nd place, $150 for 3rd place

15 teams- 10 teams- round robin, 1 game to 15 (switch sides when first team reaches 8) per each pool of 5, $600 for 1st place, $350 for 2nd place, $200 for 3rd place

16 teams- double round robin, 2 games to 11 (switch between games) per each pool of 4, $700 for 1st place, $350 for 2nd place, $200 for 3rd place

50-60% of teams will advance to bracket play, with top performing seeds (by wins and then differential) receiving byes when appropriate.

-Refunds for withdrawals (minus a $10 processing fee) will be processed up until the final day of registration.

-No refunds for withdrawals will be processed after registration closes.

-Refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the tournament.

-Refunds for weather will be processed according to the weather policy.

-Bad weather or emergency reschedule date is August 23rd, 2025.

-If there is a need to reschedule this event due to bad weather or emergency, the backup date will be used to complete any of the unfinished events. If players are unable to participate in the event due to both the normal and reschedule dates being bad weather or emergency, a full refund (minus a $5 processing fee) will be applied for the entire tournament.

All participants agree to our guest waiver upon registration (members are automatically covered due a waiver being on file).
