Format: Round Robin Doubles with Playoff Bracket:

Teams will play rounds of games to 15, win by 1. Number of rounds will be determined by number of registrants. Divisions may be altered or combined dependent on registration.

3.0, 3.5, 4.0+ Divisions will be offered with over 50 and 18-50 age brackets.

Men’s and Women’s over 50 on Saturday. Men’s and women’s 18-50 on Sunday.

8:00 am (3.0 brackets)

11:30 am (3.5 brackets)

3:00 pm (4.0+ brackets)

Full refunds will be given minus a $5 processing fee and a $5 non-refundable service fee per event up until the 9th of May.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

This is an outdoor event. If weather or any other unforeseen circumstance occurs, we will do all we can to play matches. If brackets are in mid-play when a weather or unforeseen circumstance occurs the situation will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis to determine if the bracket may be finished or if winners may be determined.

We will always try to wait out the weather and play. Rarely will we ever cancel an event.
