Welcome to Mountain Mayhem, a pickleball tournament to raise funds and awareness for Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) for Children. Your hosts, the Full Throttle Boyz, have brought the Southern Pickleball crew to Ellijay for the first Southern sanctioned event in the area.

Mixed Doubles will be played on Friday, May 30.

Men's and Women's Doubles will be played on Saturday, May 31.

Matches may start as early as 8:00 AM each day. Specific start times for each event will be posted and emailed to players approximately one week prior to the event.

The registration cost is $50 and includes 1 event each additional event is $10. Last day to register and be guaranteed a FREE tournament Shirt is May 15th, 11:55pm.

As registration proceeds, tournament management reserves the option to combine brackets as needed if brackets do not fill. If brackets are combined to create playable brackets, awards will be based on theoriginal bracket a player signed up for. Tournament management also reserves the right to convert brackets to double elimination if necessary.

Skills levels include 2.5,3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5+.

Age groups are 15+, 35+, 50+, 60+

A team must play at the skill level of the higher rated player (or higher) and the age group of the younger player. Age is calculated as of 12/31/2025.

RATINGS

- DUPR ratings will be used.

- Tournament Director reserves the right to move a player to a higher/lower level at their discretion

You may register and identify your partner or request ""Need partner"". Your partner must register within five days of your registration or the team will be moved to the wait list. When the identified partner registers after the five day grace period, the team will automatically move from the wait list back to the active list if there is a slot available and both teams have paid. NOTE: Your spot in the tournament is not guaranteed until your partner has registered and all fees have been paid in full.

There are no referees. Matches are self-monitored. If a referee is requested, we will do our best to provide one.

Withdraw deadline is May 10 at midnight. Players may withdraw prior to midnight on May 10 for any reason and receive a refund minus a $20 administrative fee. After May 10 there are no refunds for any reason unless a player has purchased weather and injury tournament insurance. This is an outdoor tournament. Weather and Tournament Insurance covers a player if the tournament is canceled due to weather or if a player or a player's partner must withdraw due to injury. Documentation might be required. Additionally, player registration fees may not be transferred to other players.
